think about what you just said .... regular people? you seem to think that the general public has some right to film celebs? and that somehow it is only violating to "regular people" to have theyr'e every move recorded and broadcast w/o permission, do you think that all the celebs on this site have signed release forms or something,
if someone is in public you do not need permission to photograph/video tape them. think about filming a family video in the park, do you ask everyone who passes through the background if they mind signing a realease?
geez, oh and by the way public intoxication/nudity is illeagal so what grounds does she really have to base a case?

54. So far TMZ, you have hit a new low. I thought you guys were a bit better than this. Even if news is slow I don’t think you need to resort yourself to the everyday happenings of the club scene. Drunken girls get kicked out of clubs, than throw profanity around and in the end flash to cause a big scene all the time. I can guarantee you that it happens at least once every night at any given club any where. I come here to read up on celebrity gossip, not your average drunken whore flashing her fake chest around.

morally or socially it may not be right, but on legal grounds public figures often fail if they try to press the issues of being followed by papparazi, and then having their photos printed, videos shown, etc... "Private people" (aka the regular folks) actually do have a leg to stand on if their image is published w/o their permission. it may not be illegal to photograph them, but to publish or print it, in many cases it is.
